2. Subscription Services
2.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans including monthly, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month options. Each subscription automatically renews at the end of its term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2.2 Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
2.3 Billing
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the subscription fee. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We ship boxes within 1-3 business days of subscribing or each billing cycle. Delivery times within Ireland are typically 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Shipping is FREE within Dublin. A €5 shipping fee applies to all other counties in Ireland.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
4.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
4.2 Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your box to request a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information up to date.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Irish Box or its content suppliers and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws.
7. User Content
By submitting content (such as reviews, photos, or videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content for promotional purposes.
8. Promotional Programs
8.1 Referral Program
Our referral program allows you to earn €5 credit for each friend who subscribes using your referral code. Credits can only be applied towards future box purchases and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
8.2 Social Sharing Discount
Customers may receive a 20% discount on their next box by sharing unboxing content on social media. Submissions are subject to review and approval.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Irish Box shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
